The app helps you to get away from your unwanted drinking habits.
For this you plan how many standard units (SE) you would like to consume as a maximum per week.
A standard unit corresponds to the amount of alcohol that is contained in a beer with 0.5L and ~ 5vol%.
To track consumption, take a photo of the drinks you have consumed with your smartphone and give it the corresponding values.
The app automatically recognizes from the picture whether it is a beer (bottle) or wine (bottle).
If it is a different alcoholic drink, you can of course also enter this.
